Stayed four years or more on E-9, E-10 or H-2 within the past ten years and is now a registered foreign national in employment (also eligible: three years or more outside the capital region with a metropolitan government recommendation) An E-7-4 employment contract at the current workplace for two years or more at KRW 26,000,000 a year or above (KRW 25,000,000 for agriculture, livestock, fishing and coastal shipping) A recommendation from the company where they have worked for a year or more
